To place an order simply choose how many cameras you would like us to install, enter the installation address and select how you'd like to pay at the checkout. You can pay securely by credit/debit card or through your PayPal account.
No Signup Required
There is no need to sign up to place orders. PayPal will send us an email immediately after you complete the purchase along with your name and address and full details of your order.
We'll send a confirmation email to your PayPal email address to arrange an installation date that suites you.
We'll install your cameras as soon as possible after receiving you order at a date and time that suites you. Installation involves planning the camera placements for best coverage and installing and setting up the camera app on your phone.
Our security cameras are powered from the mains via a small mains adapter. Each cameras therefore requires a small 10mm hole to be drilled through an external wall for the power cable during installation. A small box also needs to be fitted internally where each camera is placed on the outside wall. Permission may be required from your landlord for this if you rent the property.
We can usually install an average of four cameras in around two hours depending on the size of the property. We leave no mess and always protect your carpets from dust etc.
Important!
You will need your router login details at hand to allow our installer to set up the cameras on your phone.
Our cameras are guaranteed against breakdown for a period of one year from the installation date. During this time, any faulty cameras will be replaced free of charge and all labour costs will be covered by us.
Please contact customer support at [email protected] if you think there is a problem with any of your cameras. We're very approachable and we like to help our customers in any way we can. Just briefly explain what the problem is and we'll work with you to resolve it. Some problems can occur due to misconfiguration of the phone app settings or it could simply be someone has unplugged the camera's power adapter or your wi-fi router is not working properly.

If you cannot find an answer or we cannot help you fix the problem remotely we'll send an installer to replace the faulty camera/s at a time that suites you.
